Social Studies

G'day!  I am really pleased to be here at Mountain Range for the whole of 2020 as an exchange teacher from Australia.  I have swapped schools, houses and cars (but not families!) with Mrs Christine Munzer.  My wife and three kids (aged 13, 10 and 8) are also excited to be here in Denver, and to experience life in the USA.

I am from Canberra (it's the capital of Australia), where I taught at a boys' Catholic school, Marist College.  Before that, my teaching experience has involved schools in country towns and big cities, in England, and in all-girls' schools, all-boys', and mixed.  I have held curriculum and pastoral leadership positions, but love being in the classroom the most.  History is my passion, and I'm also teaching Psychology here at Mountain Range.

I also love coaching sport, but don't think there is much Australian Rules football (footy) or cricket here at Mountain Range, so might have to just help out in different ways!  If you want to know about these sports, see the You Tube links below.

I can be found in the South staff room (C224), and in C112 for Academic Support.

FOR CLASS HANDOUTS, SEE THE LINKS TO PSYCHOLOGY AND WORLD HISTORY UNDER "MR STINZIANI'S HOMEPAGE"  TO THE LEFT.
