This course will help students understand the importance of prevention, care, and rehabilitation of sports injuries. Students will learn basic anatomy and physiology. Students will also apply this knowledge to injury situations. Students will demonstrate the proper techniques of taping, wrapping, bandaging, and handling emergency care situations. This is one of my favorite classes to teach and I am looking forward to teaching it, even though we are starting in a remote environment. We will have to work through doing some things differently, but we will make it work!
