Intro to Fitness

This course is an entry-level course which provides the student with a basic knowledge of weight lifting and cardiovascular training. Each student will be given introductory information in the areas of aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. The goal is to give students both the knowledge and the physical skills to develop and continue good lifetime fitness habits. This class will introduce a number of activities/sports over the course of the semester.
