Student Government applications are officially out, upcoming Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors are encouraged to join. Allow your ideas to be heard and become a representative for the school! Applications are available in the main office and counseling.
Don’t forget to check out Mountain Range’s student publication, The Range, which you can access from your Adams 12 Dashboard. This week, Mark and Wyatt take a deep dive into whether MRHS athletics are starting to fall behind. Isabella K. and Grace J. explore the growing popularity of the Pro Sweats Club and why it’s gaining so much attention. Azamaya A. and Anabella V. shine a spotlight on Mountain Range’s production of The Wizard of Oz! All this and more student-created content from your friends at The Range.

The Seal of Biliteracy applications are now live. The deadline to apply is Friday, February 13, 2026, so be sure to fill out the Google Form today if you are eligible. There are flyers throughout the school, on the website, or you can stop by and speak to Mrs. Gauna in Room C-226 for more information.

Students - Just a Friendly reminder, that your registration needs to be completed in IC, by February 9th. Don’t know what classes to take? Want to learn about what a class has to offer? Talk to teachers. Do you have questions about registration, need help with it, talk to your counselor.

Seniors: If you earned a scholarship to any school, whether you are attending a particular school or not, please share that information with Counseling. You may bring hard copies to the office or email Ms. Gina. All scholarships are due no later than April 24. We want to celebrate your accomplishments at graduation!

Are you interested in running, jumping, or throwing? Track & Field will have our welcome back preseason meeting on Tuesday, February 10th at 3:30 in the Stampede Room, and workouts after school in the weight room every Monday through Wednesday before the season starts on February 23rd. Please do not attend if you are currently in a Winter sport. Please see Mr. Nimz or Mrs. Munzer for more information.
Attention athletes; registration for the spring season is open. Visit the athletic page on the Mountain Range website for the link to get registered online; the deadline to register is Friday, February 20th and the season begins on Monday, February 23rd. See Ms Polson in the main office for more information or if you have questions.
Girls tennis preseason starts next week! If anyone is interested, stop by the tennis courts on Monday and Wednesday after school to join us from 3:30 - 5:00

ATTENTION GAMERS! Esports is entering its spring tournaments this February. We need Smash Bros fighters and Mario Kart Racers. Help us crush the competition. See Mr. Janes in C113 across from the elevator for more info or stop by a practice after school wednesday or thursday for more info!
Are you interested in travel? If so, join Ms. Benimeli and Ms. Munzer for an informational meeting about a trip in the summer of 2027 to Italy and Greece. The meeting will be at 5:30 in the Stampede Room from 5:30 - 6:30. You can register for the meeting by using the QR code on one of the posters in the hallway or by coming to see Ms. Benimeli for more information.
Any youth males interested in a leadership conference? Metro State University is hosting their 3rd annual AFRO Leadership Conference on April 10th. Students will miss the full day for the event. If you are interested, see Ms. Armijo or Mr. Marks in counseling. This event fills up quickly, so we will need to register you early. Look in SchooLinks for more information.
The Outdoor Club is going sledding on Thursday after school! If you are interested, stop by room B207 to pick up a permission slip. Bring your own sled or borrow one from the club; costs are free for all who attend.
