Online Check-In for the 2026-2027 school year now open

All families with returning students districtwide must complete the online check-in process

Online check-in is the districtwide check-in process for families with returning students to any district school, elementary, K-8, middle or high school. This summer, online check-in is open from July 13 through August 3.

***If you are the parent or guardian of a student new to the district, you can enroll your child in a Five Star District school today. ***

The district’s online check-in process is necessary each summer for all families to verify or update primary household information, confirm their child(ren) will return to a district school this fall and sign important districtwide documents from the comfort of their home.

How to Start/Complete Online Check-in

To begin online check-in, log in to your Infinite Campus (IC) parent portal account. *Only parents in the primary household can complete the process.

You need an Infinite Campus (IC) parent portal account to complete online check-in. If you need an account, create an IC Parent Portal account or call the District OLC Support Desk at (720) 972-2003. *If you forgot your login information, you can reset your username and/or password.

Things to Note

• In order to receive class schedules and teacher assignments prior to the start of school, parents/guardians of returning students must complete the online process.
• Only parents/guardians in the primary household can complete the process.
• For assistance with online check-in:
  • Families with high school students, contact your child’s specific school directly.
  • Families with elementary, P/K-8 or middle school students, please call 720-972-2003.
