Athletic Registration Changes

Important Information About Sports Physicals and rSchool Accounts

As we transition to a new sports registration system this summer, please be aware of the following important updates:

• Access to Digital Sports Physicals Ends July 1, 2025: After this date, we will no longer have access to sports physicals stored in our current registration system (rSchool).
   
• Need a Copy of Your Physical? If you need a printed copy of your student-athlete’s sports physical, please visit Mrs. Polson in the main office before the end of the school year.
   
• Parent Access to rSchool Accounts Will End: After this school year, parents will no longer be able to log in to their rSchool accounts. We encourage families to log in now and download any needed documents, including sports physicals. If a copy of the physical is not available, families will need to contact their healthcare provider to obtain a new one for next year’s registration.
   
• Uncertainty Around Data Transfer: At this time, we cannot guarantee that existing physicals or documents will transfer over to the new registration system.
   

We appreciate your understanding and encourage all families to take action before the school year ends to avoid any disruptions with sports registration over the summer.
