Senior Town Hall

Due to a nationwide Zoom outage, we were not able to host our Senior Town Hall on 4/16. We recorded what we would've shared, and that is below along with the slide show and Frequently Asked Questions. Saving Data from Your Adams 12 Google Account

You should've received the following information in an email on April 11 from the district. Please follow the directions below for help saving things from your Adams 12 Google Account. See Mrs. LaRue in the library if you need more help.

Your school Google account will be disabled after August 1, 2025. Before this date, please take action to transfer or download any important files, emails, or documents you want to retain. Google Takeout is a tool available to you that allows you to either transfer your content to a personal Google account or download it in common file formats. We encourage you to take advantage of Google Takeout soon to ensure you don't lose access to valuable information. Please prioritize saving your data before the August 1, 2025 deadline. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors!

Senior Fees

Attention Seniors: All student fees must be paid in full by May 7th, in order to participate in graduation. You may pay fees on payforit.net or you may stop by the bookkeepers office to visit Mrs. Mowry with any questions.

New Cap and Gowns!

Hey Seniors, Mountain Range caps and gowns are going to have a fresh new look this year! Cap and Gowns can be ordered online through Jostens.If you are looking for more Class of 2025 items, including announcements, you can also find them through the Jostens website. You will not be able to use a gown from a previous graduate--you will need to purchase a new one.

Awarded a Scholarship?

We know that it’s hard to think about graduation when this semester has just started. However, we are busy gearing up for graduation here on the Mountain! Now is the time to celebrate your student’s accomplishments! If your child has been awarded a scholarship to any school, please have the student bring the hard copy to Ms. Gina, our Counseling Office Clerk. Or, please email Ms.Gina in order for her to include it in the scholarship brochure for graduation. The deadline for submission is the end of the day, May 2, 2025. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to her at 720-972-6320.

Send in Scholarship Info

If you earned a scholarship to any school, whether you are attending a particular school or not, please share that information with Counseling. You may bring hard copies to the office or email she026723@adams12.org. We want to celebrate your accomplishments at graduation! The deadline is May 2, 2025.

College Application Process

Mr. Riccio, one of our counselors, has created this ‘how to” video (College Application Process Through Naviance) to help you apply for colleges, request transcripts, request letters of recommendation and more using the Naviance program. Check it out!! If you still have questions after watching the video, please contact your counselor.

Transcript Request

To have your transcript sent to a college follow this two step process:

Go to counseling and get a Purple Transcript Request Form or Fill out this Google Form and list the college(s) you want to send your transcript to. Make sure to indicate whether you used the common app or the application from the colleges website by checking the correct box. If you have a letter of recommendation you would like us to send with the transcript make sure to list the teacher as well.
Log in to Naviance on your Adams 12 dashboard and add the colleges you want to receive your transcript to your list. You can do this by clicking the college tab at the top of the page, then select "colleges I am applying to" and add the college. Make sure to check the box "request transcript" for each college you ad.
Both these steps need to be completed, this gives us YOUR permission to send these documents.
