New Scholarship Tracking Process

🎓 Attention Seniors: New Scholarship Tracking Process! 🎓
We’ve streamlined how we track your hard-earned awards! To ensure every scholarship is documented accurately for graduation and final reports, we are moving to a new digital submission system.

What’s New?
Moving forward, all seniors are responsible for uploading their own scholarship information directly into our new tracking form.

What you’ll need to provide:

  • First & Last Name
  • Student ID
  • College or Donor Name
  • Scholarship Name
  • Annual Amount Awarded
  • Total Amount Awarded (e.g., the full 4-year value)
  • A digital copy/photo of your award letter

Please remember that the due date is the end of the day on April 24,2026.

Senior Timeline

Month-by-Month Senior To-Do List

Senior Fees

  • Reminder–all student balances must be paid in full by May 6th in order to participate in the graduation ceremony. You can make payments online at payforit.net. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Mowry in the bookkeeping office.
  • If a senior (or any other student) has fees for books or chromebooks, automated overdue emails go out to students every Tuesday from Mrs. LaRue in the library.
    • If a chromebook has been marked lost, she's also sent home individual emails or Adams 12 App messages to both to students and parent(s) recently. Students may stop by the library at any time if they have questions about a fine on their account.

Updates

  • Seniors and Families, if you are working on college applications, please have your student work with their counselor to add everything into SchooLinks.  Counselors will need to know which colleges/universities your student is applying to so they can send out their transcript to the school.
  • Have you received any scholarship offers, military signings, or apprenticeship contracts?  Please send your scholarship offers to Ms. Gina in counseling (Regina.L.Sheridan@adams12.org).  This includes all offers from colleges, private, etc.  We will create a scholarship brochure at graduation to post those.

  • If you have signed with a military branch or been accepted into a military academy, or an apprenticeship program, please send those to Ms. Armijo.  (Rae.A.Armijo@adams12.org).
